We had looked at another Toyota dealership in Ocean County and found them to be abrasive and condescending. Comment: Bob knew I was in a hurry when I picked up my new vehicle, so he took my rental back for me, then retrieved an item I inadvertently left in it and returned it to me. Comment: Service department is always very courteous and gets the work done quickly. They even gave me a loaner when I had a longer repair and didn't have a ride home. Aspects liked the most: Bob was patient with me, as I drove a few different vehicles and kept changing my mind about what I wanted. When I finally decided what I wanted, and there weren't any on the lot, he found it for me, even though it was at another dealer. Didn't push me to take something I didn't want because it was in inventory.
