Comment: My Salesmen JASON STERNER and ROB MORAN from the INTERNET Department were outstanding and better than excellent! We had been thinking of a used certified car and the sales person that was given to us for the Certified car was Average - at best. I cant even remember his name since he was so average.
Aspects liked the most: The INTERNET Department - The Inventory on the lot. We went a few times and when we were not ready to speak to anyone - they all left us alone and did not hound us.
Aspects that could have been improved: Nothing in regards to the Car I purchased - It was all good.

Comments: Mr Moran, I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful job members of your staff did in my purchasing of a 2008 Prius. From the get go Mitch contacted me via e mail and constanting updating me with info until I could arrange to come into the show room. This past Monday 4/14 I came into your show room and was treated like a King. Both Mitch and I believe George (Trainee) I think went over the car with me and even though I did not test drive it (My chosing) they both answered and gave me more info th an I would have known. Then I meet with Bill to go over numbers after they looked at my trade and was very happy with the numbers along with his ease of appraoch to presenting this to me and making the purchase a very enjoyable one. Then I met with Natalie in Finance to go over all the numbers and the differnt warrantys and everything else that goes along. Everyone made this purchase just great and so easy and very professional. I hope my spelling is correct.
CONTINUED picked up my Prius on Friday the 18th (again my chosing) and everything was ready for me to go as soon as I steped into your show room. Mitch brought me back to Natalie to sign all the paperwork which was there waiting for me to sign. Then went back to Mitch to go over the manuals and answer any additional questions I might have had. He then took me out to my new car and it was just great. the detailing to it was just outstanding. Mitch also told me if I ever had any questions about the car please feel free to contact him with any issues. I just wanted to let you know about my dealings with all your wonderul and friendly staff. I hope I get the chance to get to do the phone survey to also let tham know as well. I just hope they get a hold of me, by the way is there any where that can be down via the net. Comment: Excellent, knowledgeable salesman. Extremely sensitive to our needs. He presented us with a number of options that made our decision on choosing this Camry an easy one. I would rate Jordan as the best salesman we have ever encountered in shopping for a vehicle. Comment: This was an easy process, quite unlike the stereotypical car dealership experience. We had looked at another Toyota dealership in Ocean County and found them to be abrasive and condescending. Fortunately we really wanted to take another look at the 2008 Camry(we were looking at Accords too) and we are very happy with our Camry. Comment: A very quick and efficient process...none of our very valuable time was wasted. Again...Jordan explained everything to us and the vehicle was as promised. Comment: My last lease was a RAV 4 at this same dealer & I went back to them for this RAV 4 because I LOVE the vehicle and the dealer. They are close & convenient. They have good service hours. Confident the service department will take care of me and my car. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Comment: I had no plans on buying a car but Doug McIntosh is such a good salesman that I changed my mind. Doug is the best, very professional and an expert on cars. I was lucky he approached me the night I walked in. If anyone else had - I probably wouldn't have bought a car - I wanted to buy at another dealership. Comment: Aleeka did a great job! Before I went to Lawrenceville I had my mind set on a Honda Accord. Aleeka was very knowledgeable about both Honda and Toyota and pointed out key differences that were essential to the amount of driving that I would be doing. The Camry had a more comfortable, luxury feel to the ride that I'm sure my customers will appreciate when I take them to lunch! Comment: Alan was a hoot. Comment: Bob knew I was in a hurry when I picked up my new vehicle, so he took my rental back for me, then retrieved an item I inadvertently left in it and returned it to me. Comment: Service department is always very courteous and gets the work done quickly. They even gave me a loaner when I had a longer repair and didn't have a ride home. Aspects liked the most: Bob was patient with me, as I drove a few different vehicles and kept changing my mind about what I wanted. When I finally decided what I wanted, and there weren't any on the lot, he found it for me, even though it was at another dealer. Comment: Rob Moran took time with me whenever I had a question while I was deciding whether I would purchase the vehicle or not. He is an honest, honorable person who explained the features of the car. I never once felt rushed and even when we finished, he asked if I had questions. Comment: Rob called the next day to see how I like driving my new car and also to see if I had any questions. Really nice guy.
