Express Service Writer
Work in our busy service department. Hours may include days, nights and Saturdays. Advise, council and serve dealership express lube service customers regarding needed maintenance and light repairs. Set appointments and interact with service technicians to insure timely completion of service orders. Review costs and fees with customer to insure customer satisfaction.
Strong inter-personal skills and ability to build and maintain good customer relationships as well as knowledge of vehicle maintenance is required. Bi-lingual, automobile dealership experience and /or knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds system are all a plus.
