Toyota Juggles Multiple EV Projects
Toyota is showing no signs of slowing down in the world of EV technology. Quite the opposite, actually; they're accelerating full speed ahead.
For starters, Toyota is developing the iQ EV, which is scheduled to hit dealer showrooms in 2012, in house. Second, they're teaming up with luxury EV maker Tesla Motors Inc. to create an electric version of its RAV4 compact SUV. If all goes according to play, the RAV4 compact SUV will also go on sale in next year.
